JULY NEWSLETTER 2022

Self preservation is vital!

We end June and begin July with a crisis as Mars squares Pluto. Mars wants action and will fight for its rights especially in Aries where the concern is all about me myself and I, not about the greater good of others. Pluto is generally destructive and in Capricorn the destruction is for renewal.

There is a lot of anger that is being played out in a very destructive manner. Personally we are feeling this helpless anger that just wants to lash out. Impulsive destructive energy that is almost impossible to contain.

The reason for Mars being so angry is it currently being affected by the fixed star Vertix, causing type of blindness and violent death energy about it. Hmm this sound just like the whole Eskom saga we are dealing with. All the fraud, corrupt suppliers and workers are killing our source of energy very fast.

When an aspect like this happens it is a trigger and we are left with the aftermath which will need to be sorted and plans put into place to cater for the future. The violent death of our energy is very powerful and the constant attack on our power infrastructure is bringing things to a head. This crisis could finally open the gates for renewable energy sources. This crisis, I pray, is the destruction for renewal our country needs.

Personally we may be blind to what needs to end in our lives, and sudden change could bring about a better solution. When the dust of a crisis clears we are forced into restructuring that side of our life.

Jupiter the planet of growth is in Aries pushing us to use our personal power to grow and as Jupiter is about to retrograde, expansion is slowing and going stationary this month. We will have to backtrack on many areas where growth has been good but seems to have slowed.

This is a time where finances are tough and big decisions need to be made. The world recession also becomes personal, it affects us all and we need to cut back on our spending and relook at how we can find ways to survive in this climate..

During the Jupiter retrograde looking at self-improvement will be beneficial, Pioneering ways to survive this world and life as it is now takes courage and a good relook at how we can use our talents in a way to survive and grown in this financially challenged time.

As Jupiter is hardly moving this month we may feel stuck and lost where growth is concerned. He needs to look to Mars the ruler of Aries to see how to proceed. Mars moves into Taurus becoming very cautious in practical, the action energy of Mars in Taurus is all about preserving what we have. Being persistent yet patient as we carefully re think what is of value to us and what is a financial burden that we need to let go..

We are in for some lean months, the whole world is. We do need to pull on our personal inner strength and work on areas in our lives that we know can bring about growth. Self preservation is the key solution, growing your inner strength will provide you with the energy to move through these hard times.

Those that have the will to push through the tough times will soon be able to share their successes with others enabling a knock on affect of recovery. We desperately need to share the ability to grow with others, once we are are feeling secure in our own abilities and they start to show potential.

MEDICALLY SPEAKING

With the restrictive planet Saturn now retrograde, in winter of all times, our wise leaders drop the mask rule. No more masks are on one hand freeing us up, but on the other hand we are once again spreading all sorts of funny bugs.

It is a worry as we have been diligent in preventing the spread of infection and seeing less colds and flu. But now there is the change for this to increase again.

Mother Nature is our best gift and we need to take note of the foods and fruits that grow seasonally. These seasonal gifts are the best foods to eat as they provide us with the immune boosters we need to combat the seasonal illnesses.

The foods and winter fruits are all citrus such as fresh orange juice, grapefruits of which we have many varieties and naartjies. All full of vitamin C the best rememdy for the flu virus.

The foods that grow in winter are carrots, beets, onions, tomatoes, giinger, kale and spinach.

In fact the dark leafy greens are fabulous because apart from being high in vitamin A,D and C they are high in fiber, folate, magnesium, lutein for eyes, iron as well as very strong antioxidants that prevent oxidative damage which is a major stressor of our immune systems.

Go to you grocer and ask for his local winter foods, east what nature seasonally provides us to protect us against the challenges each season brings.

This is an interesting article on oxidative damage. https://www.foreo.com/mysa/free-radicals-and-oxidative-stress-how-do-they-affect-your-body-and-skin/?gclid=CjwKCAjwk_WVBhBZEiwAUHQCmfSUefFyYkDZUrlSmMVzBPKfyLx3d6BhEROMJyZQHm1fFCBYdEZZyBoCqeEQAvD_BwE
