Life may feel confusing, weighing up certain decisions and doubting others. You may want to call it a day with certain commitments just to make more time for others.
Well so it should be according to the planets. In May we had both the planet of plenty, Jupiter triggering thought processes of either changing up or ending certain projects, people or areas of our lives that are no longer necessary, as he moves in a retrograde motion.
Saturn the planet that brings about structure in our lives is also in retrograde motion. When the slower moving planets retrograde it gives us time to reflect and reorganise as well as re-evaluate where we are going and how we need to go about fulfilling what we need to do to bring about that desired change and structure.
As for what is not working as Jupiter goes direct and moves forward in the sign of endings and reform, Scorpio, the timing for actual change or ending what is not working will become easier around the end of July, but recognise what need to end now.
Then after binning what is not good or working well, we will have clarity and will be able to begin to put in structures that work. Saturn is in his own sign of Capricorn; a sign that loves structure, retrograde is looking at restructuring. As Saturn goes direct that is when we can move forward in a positive structured manner, this will happen around the end of September.
So for now debating and making definite decisions needs to be weighed up carefully. Take this month of June to dig deep and decide exactly what it is that can really make your life more efficient and productive.
Well retrograde Jupiter and Saturn are one of the reasons why things are bit this way or that. As of the beginning of June Mars the planet of action is slowing and will move into his station at the end of June when he too goes retrograde.
Shew he is already moving slowly and will go really slow in motion from the 8th of June. Mars is in the sign of Aquarius, a sign that is all about innovative though, friendships, truth and groups.
As he slows and retrogrades we have time to slow down and reflect on certain truths, societies we are serving and to really dig deep and take a good look at certain innovative projects we have in the pipeline.
Sometimes we can get so entrenched in a certain ideal that we cannot see the truth of whether this innovative path we are on is truly the correct way forward.
Retrograde Mars in Aquarius will give us the push to rethink things through. Mars will retrograde as far back as to re-enter Capricorn, where he has currently been implementing change.
Change may need to be reassessed, there is time for this to be done correctly as Mars will retrograde until the end of August, and in September will know what action we must take to enable innovative ideas to take form.
Mars retrogrades at the same time as Neptune the planet called the great solvent. Neptune loves to dissolve ideals, whilst retrograde in Pisces Neptune will show us that idealism and dreams without substance are only an illusion.
Whilst Neptune is retrograde, and he will be until November we may be exposed to areas of our live where we have not managed to put up boundaries, where we have been too open and allowed our vulnerabilities to show.
It is time to toughen up and put in those boundaries. Learn to say enough and no, and take a look at any exposed area of your life that could land you in hot water, or drown you with indecision. I have a feeling many a secret will be exposed and weakness in security and policing will come to the fore. Make sure your privacy and security settings are secured in your cyber life.
In other words the weak and vulnerable areas of our lives as well as those of our environment will come out in the open and we will need to patch up and protect ourselves. I personally feel that Neptune is one of the most sneaky trickster planets of them all, when he is in Pisces having no boundaries gives him free reign to dissolving both planet and environment.
Exposure of the damage that has been done will come out in this retrograde Neptune period. With the help of Uranus in Taurus, a practical earth sign, really clever ways of fixing our planet and the destructive ways of life we have been sucked into will present themselves. Neptune is Pisces exposes erosion, pollution and deception both personally and globally. During this Neptune retrograde period, hopefully we can begin to see how to repair the damage our lack of control has wrought upon us and our environment.
Mercury is in a very good place, so we have been gifted with a sharp and quick thinking ability this month, use to help you think about intelligent ways to manage all the plans we are making this month of June.
All this retrograde energy can be tiring, our minds and life in general will be busy and challenging. If we do not look after ourselves as we stand a good chance of hitting the wall.
This can run down our immune system and hamper our daily routine. Two very important things that will help you get through both the stresses of life as it is now and the winter months are sleep and food.
Eating well and sleeping enough will give you a clear head and a strong body. Do not miss meals and try to get enough sleep. Sleep deprivation is known to impair thinking as well as lower resistance.
The correct foods can build your immune system and dish out sustained energy. Blueberries or ‘brainberries’ according to Steven Pratt author of Superfoods proven to change your life, have been shown to protect your brain. An interesting book, perhaps worth reading.
Add avocado, nuts, seeds as well as Salmon and your brain will feel chipper and serve you well both mentally and as far as energy goes.
If you eat eggs then have an egg or two a day will, they provide you with energy, the vitamin b’s, iron, and replaces calcium that we burn up when stressed.
On that note let me go and boil a few eggs, I need them! Have a great June, don’t rush life, make good decisions, you have the time.
