DECEMBER NEWSLETTER AND TRANSITS
IT’S ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS
We start the Month mopping up are emotional turmoil post the Moon Wobble on the 29th of November. Many catalysts have come to head; now that the crisis has been exposed the repairing can begin.
On the 3rd of December there are 4 planets making contact with each other directing our lives in all directions.
The culprits are Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto all touched by the rays of the Moon.
Mars wants freedom of action and the ability to speak his mind and think out of the box in a focused manner, being in the sign of Aquarius, he also wants to revolutionise the other planets involved in this pattern in the sky.
Jupiter is expansive and does things in a big, way he is in Libra so relation and diplomacy is what is important here, bringing back the balance to relationships. Not very happy with the blunt manner in which Mars want to make action, but prepared to work with Mars all in the name of bringing structure to relations with others.
Both connect very favorable with Saturn in Sagittarius who too is looking at relationships and partnerships in all areas of life. Saturn has a political agenda and is unforgiving yet flexible where politically correct. Saturn or structure is looking for freedom of power in diverse ways.
Pluto comes into the picture, Pluto has been crying out for a secure structure, if structure and integrity in our live is shaky, well we can expect to be judged, dismissed and admonished for any politically incorrect behavior.
As these planets are all working well together to bring about opportunities and advantages, we need to work well with our peers and be open to ideas from others.
If anyone is too precious not to let go of outdated ideals they will fall by the wayside, but if they are able to climb off their pedestal and become one of the team, then life will flow easily along and new avenues will open.
This is such nice energy to finish off a year, it is cementing the relationships and structure that can carry us through to 2017. Wow there is great opportunity to get rid of the relationships, both love and career and replace them with people who are on the same page. Or you can both agree to listen to each other and find a page that works for both parties.
In fact the motto for this month is one for all and all for one. But be warned if ego and uncertainty creeps in we can expect chaos, braking of the law, legal problems and broken hearts. We need to learn the art of expanding inwardly, be comfortable with self before we can be comfortable with others and seen as a person who earns the respect of others.
From the 11th Mercury slows down becoming stationary on the 17th then moves retrograde. This will happen in Capricorn where Mercury can behave is a rather structured methodical manner.
Mercury is all about the mind, the noise around us the communication and in a big way about children. In Capricorn this energy goes quiet and communication or idle chatter will become irritating.
Whilst Mercury is retrograde it will be difficult to get our point across. As Mercury is in Capricorn a sign that needs practical stimulation, when retrograde the practicality will not happen and this can cause destructive plans, fun and even travel. Intolerance can become a problem so try to bite back that quick authorative tongue. People around you may be bossier than normal and just behaving like nasty sergeant majors. Best tactic action is to ignore bossy people.
Br careful of travel, make sure your travel planes are all in good working order. Go slow not fast, in fact traffic may be more snarled up than normal and daily routines may lack structure during this retrograde.
Another thing when Mercury is retrograde in Capricorn is that we can get depressed more easily than normal. This can impair logical thinking, so if you are feeling down and heavy try and seek help.
Just remember at the end of the day, if you can step out of a self destructive aura and follow the crowd, relent a little you may find this holiday time easier to manage. Yup with Mercury retrograde during the holidays we do need to manage our time or it will manage us.
Cyclists and surfers, have a backup plan, take spares and watch out for destructive seas and roads. As for runners and hikers, make sure you have enough equipment, correct shoes/boots, and enough fluids to help you along.
This may also be a time where we see a lot of restructure with in companies or careers. You may jest feel the need to change your path or have to face the fact that increases and bonuses are very restrictive or nonexistent, this in turn can restrict your fun.
Remember you can follow the transits, the planets orbiting us at all times, and understand what they are up to as I post updates in my weekly updates in my blog www.sublunar.co.za Should you wish you can do a mini reading to see how this month will fare for you email@example.com R300
Depression and end of cycles seem to happen together. It is the end of a very difficult year fraught with death, endings, change and emotional challenges.
Anger is an emotion that can leave us feeling totally exhausted and depleted of all reason. I too can lead to depression, and let’s face it there is a lot going down that can trigger anger at a situation or to another.
The amygdala within the frontal lobe lies the ability to make decisions, solve problems and behaviour. When anger hits, blood rushes through the frontal cortex clouding rational thought; depending on the person, this flash reaction can be either helpful or harmful.
The adrenal glands flood the body with stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. The brain shunts blood away from the gut and towards the muscles, in preparation for physical exertion. Heart rate, blood pressure and respiration increase, the core temperature rises and the skin perspires.
Studies show anger in the brain disrupts the growth of new neurons, essential to sending messages and communicating with the rest of the body. Some known health problems associated with anger include: depression and anxiety
Relaxation and breathing skills will help balance the body, treatments such a water therapy, reflexology and cranio sacral treatments can help restore the coritzol levels and calm the messages to the brain.
Chamomile Herbal tea is the best way to consume Chamomile which helps in soothing anger, because of the presence of cyanogenic glucoside, coumarin and choline, these constituents help in reducing anger and anxiety. Now here is an idea, add the tea to your smoothie.
The we have Dandelion which is a herb that is very effective in dealing with anger as it provides great support to the liver. It cools the liver, which helps to regulate anger and anxiety which helps in keeping you healthy. Dandelion can be consumed in the form of herbal tea but works more effectively if taken in the form of a capsule.
Hmm interesting I may just take the Dandelion to keep my liver in order over the festive season.
